Using Eli

These Terms apply when you create an Eli account or use an Eli workspace. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you use Eli for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Plans, checkout and billing

The plan, price, billing interval and any trial are the terms shown at checkout or in a signed order form. Creating an account by itself does not activate a paid subscription. Payment processing may be handled by a payment provider, whose terms also apply to that transaction.

Changes, renewals and cancellation take effect as described in the checkout terms, account controls or applicable order form. If those terms conflict with this page, the order form or checkout terms control for that purchase.

Your websites, data and instructions

You keep ownership of content and data you provide. You give Eli permission to host, process and transmit that material only as needed to operate the features you request, support the account, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for websites, content, accounts and integrations you connect. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving changes before they are published when an approval step is provided.

Monitoring and generated work

AI assistants, search systems and websites change frequently. Eli reports observed results and prepares work from available evidence, but does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue or any particular third-party response.

Generated or recommended material can contain mistakes. Review factual, legal, financial, medical and brand-sensitive material before relying on or publishing it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Eli to break the law, infringe another person's rights or distribute harmful or deceptive material.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service without permission, interfere with other accounts or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use credentials, websites, data or integrations that you are not authorized to use.
• Do not resell or expose access to the service except where your plan or written agreement permits it.

Service changes and account action

We may maintain, change or discontinue features as the product develops. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, other customers or third parties, or when these Terms are materially breached. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Responsibility and disputes

Eli is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional warranties, service levels, liability terms, governing law or dispute process stated in a signed order form apply to that order.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will use a reasonable method to provide notice before it takes effect.
